I give this 5-star review with the deepest gratitude to Pam K. and her team at CST. I hired Pam to coordinate the cleanout of my clients’ home in York after both transitioned to senior living facilities. There were 50 years of belongings & memories contained in the home. It was going to be a monumental task! This was my first time going through a full-home cleanout project, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. During our initial consultation, when Pam said she approaches each cleanout with the same care & compassion she’d want her belongings and property to be treated with, I knew immediately that I chose the right company. Pam handled everything….and I mean EVERYTHING! Before the project started, Pam met my clients to assure them that the project was in the very best of hands. Together, with my clients’ input, we compiled a very lengthy list of items for the team to pull from the home for my clients. They searched high & low for everything on the list. They were meticulous, respectful, and thorough. Some items were donated to causes special to my clients, such as a horse saddle that they wanted to go to Leg Up Farm, who provides equine therapy services. Other items were sold to offset the cost of the project. Pam’s communication throughout the project was impeccable! The cherry on top were all the personal touches that Pam and her team so carefully attended to, like this shadow box Pam created for my client to hang in her room…so special! I didn’t just hire a company…I gained a true partner & collaborator with the biggest heart for serving the senior community. I trust Pam implicitly and look forward to working with her anytime one of my clients needs her services, and I 10/10 would confidently recommend Pam and Complete Senior Transitions to anyone embarking on a home cleanout project! We hired Pam at Complete Senior Transitions to help clean out my parents’ home after my mom moved into a senior living facility. My brother and I had tried to tackle the job ourselves, but after spending seven hours just on one bedroom—and barely making a dent—we realized we needed help. Our mom had kept everything over the years: magazines, newspapers, Tupperware, books—you name it. It was just too much for us to take on, especially after already losing our dad and going through so many changes with our mom.

Pam came in and took that massive burden off our shoulders. She walked us through what needed to happen, asked us about anything we wanted to keep, and handled the rest. She coordinated the clean-out, brought in a dumpster, and helped sort through decades of stuff so we didn’t have to. The whole process was pretty seamless and gave us peace of mind during an already stressful time.

After living in the same house with my husband (who is now deceased), I felt stuck, old house in need of repairs both to the house and a large unattached garage that had a lifetime of accumulated stuff/junk. Then I came across information for Pam and Complete Senior Transitions. Pam came and did an interview. They would be able to do as little or as much as I wanted done. I chose to have them do everything. Move me into an apartment, clear out the house/garage and Paul the realtor took care of selling the house. My house had three showings on the weekend advertised and on Monday I accepted an offer. Pam is caring and compassionate and Paul was knowledgeable in areas that I know nothing about. Moved from Dover to Camp Hill area.  Move team was on time and professional.  Didn’t have to lift a finger.  Their recommended cleaning team was another team that did a great job during the transition.  On arrival at my new residence I found everything set up and in its place.  Price was reasonable.  I strongly recommend CST to help in your transition to a senior living facility.
